Modular washing trays
AT-PLAST is launching an economical, modular and sustainable solution, adapted to the production of technical and sensitive machined parts, for small and medium series while avoiding expensive tooling costs.
We have developed the MODUL range, a unique solution - grid / clipped inserts - for holding, protecting, transporting and washing machined parts.
Our customers have grid trays (to be used with or without our washing baskets) combining the stacking, gripping and identification functions, the bottom of which is made up of a grid. These are our customers' permanent stock. The assembly of "shaped" clips at the bottom of this grid allows you to develop your production means according to the parts you have to machine.
The environmental advantage is obvious because the base tray can be kept when our customers' production evolves. A new market: All you have to do is change the rests which are clipped in a very rigid and stable way but nevertheless removable without damaging the base tray. The clips are developed on demand. The 6-sided clip body fits into the grid and pivots 1/8th of a turn to lock in a stable and rigid manner.
